Short fiction story reflects a different position of one factory workers to cleanliness and order in the workplace and at home.The film is created like a television program, illustrated with footage. One of the first Lithuanian television announcers Juozas Gediminas Baranauskas introduces the guest Aldona Gareckaitė of Electrical Engineering manufacturing company. She tells about the factory malfunction, which caused a one-worker’s perfunctory attitude to personal hygiene and order in the workplace. Factory worker John is scruffy young man whose place of work, he and his house is messy.John disobeys colleagues advice and do not pay attention to the comments and suggestions to organize the workplace and personal hygiene. From mess and dissorder Jonas gets sick with typhoid fever and enters the hospital. At the hospital he becomes aware of infectious diseases and their prevention. Month John is at the hospital and can not work. After returning home John begins to live in orderly manner, clean, starts exercise. He together with his colleagues and neighbours attends the lectures of medicine and disease prevention.
